Refund Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
This policy explains how to request a refund for a paid Spody subscription. Your receipt identifies the seller and payment channel that must process the request. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right that applies to you.
Free trial and cancellation
Coach and club subscriptions begin with a two-month free trial when the offer shown at checkout says so. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund a charge already made. Deleting your Spody account is not a substitute for cancelling an App Store or Google Play subscription.
Purchases billed by Paddle
Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases whose receipt identifies Paddle as the seller. You may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Submit the request to Paddle through paddle.net, the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in the confirmation email, or the support link in the Spody billing page.
- The refund request window is exactly 14 calendar days from the transaction date.
- A canceled subscription remains available until the end of the paid period unless Paddle states otherwise.
Purchases billed by Apple
Apple controls refund decisions for App Store purchases. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Request a refund”, select the Spody subscription and submit the request. Eligibility and processing time depend on Apple’s rules and the law in your country or region. Spody cannot approve or issue an Apple refund.
Purchases billed by Google Play
Google or the app developer may process a Google Play refund depending on the purchase, timing and applicable law. Start with the official Google Play refund request. If Google directs you to the developer, contact Spody with the Google Play order number. Spody cannot promise approval before the request is reviewed.
Information needed and effect of a refund
Include the account email, order or transaction number, purchase date, payment channel and reason for the request. Never send a full card number or password. An approved refund may end the related paid entitlement immediately or when the payment provider records the refund. Bank processing time depends on the provider and payment method.
Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived, including remedies for a service that is faulty, unavailable or not as described. If the rules of your country or region give you stronger rights than this policy or a payment provider’s standard policy, those rights prevail.
